About ScholaQore
ScholaQore is an education operating system and financial infrastructure platform for private schools, school groups and tertiary institutions in Africa and other emerging markets.
What the platform does
A school runs its enrolment records, classes and subjects, attendance, assessments and results, fee structures, invoicing, payment reconciliation and reporting in one workspace. Parents get their own portal for balances, invoices, attendance and online payment.
Each school is a separate tenant. Access is decided in the database by role and membership, not by the browser, and financial balances are derived from an append-only ledger so that money movements stay auditable.
Who builds it
ScholaQore is a product of YiwSAMA Technologies, a technology company headquartered in Accra, Ghana, registered under Ghana's Companies Act 2019 (Act 992) and aligned with GIPC Act 865 and Ghana's Data Protection Act 843. YiwSAMA Technologies was founded by Dr. Ramadan Abdul-Rashid and builds products across education, agriculture, health and data infrastructure.
Where we operate
Ghana is the first market, with the platform priced and settled in Ghana cedis. Currency, academic calendar and fee configuration are set per school, so additional markets can be onboarded on request rather than requiring a separate product.
Product status
ScholaQore is in active beta with schools onboarding directly. We describe only what the system does today and do not claim regulatory certification. Our security page sets out the controls in place.
